Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Associate Recruiters who are recent graduates with a B.Tech./B.E./BCA/B.Sc. degree and 0-6 months of experience. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities: Associate Recruiter

  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for Engineering, IT, and Non-IT positions.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Utilize job portals like Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. for sourcing candidates.
  • Develop Boolean search strings and apply sourcing strategies to find potential candidates.
  • Understand US tax terms, time zones, and visa types (W2, C2C, 1099, OPT, H1B, Green Card, and Citizen).
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates and regularly update records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Ensure a high conversion ratio of candidate submittals to interviews and placements.
  • Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements and align candidate sourcing strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct 60-70 calls per day to engage with candidates, explain job opportunities, and assess qualifications.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security in the hiring process.

Minimum Requirements: Associate Recruiter

  • Education: B.Tech./B.E. (Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical), BCA, B.Sc. (or similar fields).
  • Freshers (0-6 months experience) in recruitment or related fields.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Good internet connection (Broadband/WiFi with 50-70 MBPS speed).
  • Own a laptop/computer (minimum 4GB RAM, preferably 8GB RAM).
  • Dedicated workspace at home for undisturbed work.
