Role Overview
The Human Resources Associate will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment and HR operations functions. This role involves sourcing potential candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, assisting candidates throughout their interview process, and supporting overall HR operations. The position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities as Human Resources Associate
- Sourcing Potential Candidates:
- Proactively search for and engage candidates through various job portals, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and niche job boards to source qualified candidates manually.
- End-to-End Recruitment Cycle:
- Manage the complete recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and create appropriate job descriptions.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit based on job requirements.
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

- Candidate Assistance:
