Job Description for HR Consultant
Role & responsibilities
- Conduct weekly data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data on cascade.
- Identify and rectify data discrepancies and inconsistencies in processes and suggest process improvement plans.
- Ensure toolkits and process flows are up-to-date.
- Support and help HR admin team in processing regular P1, P2 and P3 tickets.
- Analyse HR audit reports to identify trends, patterns, and help the team to reduce errors.
- Evaluate current HR operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and measure the impact of process changes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
