We are looking for a Support Executive professional to join our team. As a support representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our candidates by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Job Details: Support Executive

• Job Title: Support Executive
• Education Qualification: Graduate or of any equivalent qualification.
• Stipend: 15,000 per month (subject to TDS)
• Role: 6-month contract, extendable based on performance.
• Mode of work: Work from Home
• Shift Timings: 9 hours rotational shift
• Preferred hiring location: Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities as Support Executive

• Respond to candidates queries promptly and accurately via phone, email, or chat.
• Identify and resolve candidate issues in a timely manner.
• Handle all incoming emails, ensuring that each one receives an appropriate response and is escalated when necessary.
• Professionally attend to calls, providing comprehensive information and support to callers.

Requirements and Skills:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle different communication channels effectively.
• Patience in managing escalated cases.
• Prior experience in customer support is a plus, and familiarity with our industry will be an advantage.
