Key Responsibilities as Customer Experience Associate
- Customer Assistance: Swiftly resolve customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction through effective communication.
- Multi-channel Engagement: Handle customer queries via chat and other digital platforms.
- Process Improvement: Work to continuously improve internal processes for better customer experience.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
Qualifications: Customer Experience Associate
