We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Account Executive to manage order processing, seller support, and customer issue resolution. In this role, you will ensure efficient order fulfillment and logistics, promoting smooth coordination between buyers and sellers. You will be responsible for maintaining strong seller relationships, managing escalations, and addressing customer concerns to enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities as E-commerce Account Executive
- Oversee order processing and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Provide support to sellers and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth transactions and communication.
- Manage escalations and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure efficient logistics operations and timely deliveries.
- Foster strong seller relationships to enhance collaboration and resolve any operational challenges.
Key Requirements: E-commerce Account Executive
- Strong experience in order management, escalation management, and logistics coordination.
- Excellent communication skills to handle buyer communication and seller queries.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure seamless operations.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or a similar industry is preferred.
