Responsibilities for Insurance Advisor
- Conduct personalized consultations via calls or WhatsApp to understand clients’ insurance needs.
- Provide clear, simple, and unbiased advice about insurance products.
- Educate clients on policies, coverages, and exclusions to help them make informed decisions.
- Ensure all interactions prioritize quality over quantity with a client-centric approach.
- Maintain records of client interactions and feedback to continually improve advisory services.
Key Requirements for Insurance Advisor
