Role Overview:
As a Data Scientist at Persist Ventures, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects in Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP), helping the company derive actionable insights from complex datasets. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to design, build, and implement scalable data solutions while staying up to date on the latest trends in data science.
Key Responsibilities as Data Scientist
- Develop and implement machine learning models to analyze complex datasets.
- Utilize natural language processing (NLP) techniques to extract insights from unstructured data.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design scalable data solutions that can be deployed effectively.
- Create and maintain data pipelines to ensure efficient data processing and analysis.
- Conduct thorough data analysis and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data science and machine learning.
- Contribute to the development of new tools and technologies to enhance the data analytics capabilities of Persist Ventures.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and machine learning.
- Knowledge of APIs and REST API for integrating data solutions.
- Understanding of SQL for data querying and management.
- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) for working with unstructured data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
