Key Responsibilities as Data Capture Associate
- Product Data Transcription:
- Review product images to identify required information for accurate data capture.
- Select appropriate attributes for each product and ensure they match the product packaging while adhering to formatting standards.
- Data Entry and Quality Assurance:
- Enter all required data attributes accurately.
- Achieve a minimum accuracy rate of 95% and work towards 100% accuracy on key areas like nutrition and ingredient information.
- Proofread data entries to maintain high-quality standards.
- Production Goals and Task Management:
- Meet daily production goals, aiming for fluency in processing 45+ products daily.
- Pivot between different tasks and services to meet the team’s production goals.
- Assist in ensuring a 99% on-time goal for task completion.
- Service Fluency:
- Achieve fluency in at least one core service area (e.g., Intake Coding, Profiling, Custom Coding) within 12 months.
- Be capable of capturing and QA-ing data across product types in that service area.
- Additional Duties:
- Audit product data for consistency and accuracy as needed.
- Adhere to team operational processes for efficient communication and task completion.
- Maintain a minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute (WPM) in English.

- Strong oral and written English communication skills.
- Excellent reading comprehension, grammar, spelling, and analytical abilities.
- Proficient and accurate in standard keyboard/data entry tasks.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and work requirements.
- Comfortable handling ambiguity and flexible schedules.
Recommended Skills: Data Capture Associate
- Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM in English.
- Spanish and/or French language skills (a plus).
- Familiarity with CPG products from the US, North America, Canada, or Europe.
- Advanced proofreading capabilities with strong attention to detail.

- This position may include other reasonable related duties as assigned by the Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required to meet business needs.
