About the Role

As a Customer Support Executive in the pre-sales team at Airblack, you will provide expert guidance to prospective students, helping them choose the right makeup and beauty courses based on their career aspirations. This role involves daily outreach to potential students, lead generation, and pipeline management, ensuring seamless handovers to the sales team.


Key Responsibilities: Customer Support Executive Pre-sales

  • Student Counseling: Advise potential students on Airblack’s courses, aligning course selection with their career goals.
  • Lead Generation: Contact 150-200 candidates daily via calls, emails, or other channels to generate interest and qualify leads.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects, maintaining regular follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaboration with Sales: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and share insights for effective conversions.

Qualifications: Customer Support Executive Pre-sales

  • Experience: 0-2 years in B2C pre-sales in sectors like Edtech, Banking, Insurance, or BPO customer support/client relations.
  • Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English.
  • Mindset: Motivated to contribute to building India’s largest skilling academy.
