Tech Mahindra is Hiring for resources who are interested to Work From Home on contract for 6 months.
Customer support advisor will be responsible for customer service and handling online product delivery related enquires from the customer end. Provide and share information with customer by leveraging available tools and information. Via Calling support.
Role: Customer Support Associate
Nature of Job: Domestic BPO Voice Inbound (6 months contract)
Language Requirements: English and Hindi
Shift: Rotational Shift and Rotational Week Offs
Working Days: 6 days a week
Working Hours: 9 hrs. of login

1.Laptop with i5 or above processor, 8 GB RAM, and Windows 10 or 11 OS
2.Broadband internet connection – Net speed of 30 mbps or above.
3.Power Back up at home to manage work from home.
4. Typing Speed – 25WPM.
Eligibility: Both Fresher and Experienced candidates
Qualification: Minimum12 STD or Graduation in any specialization
