Job Description:
As an Customer Support Associate, your primary responsibility will be to provide customer support through phone, email, or instant messaging, acting as the main point of contact for inbound inquiries.
Responsibilities as Customer Support Associate
- Handle a high volume of inquiries related to FIS products and services, aiming to resolve a targeted percentage of those inquiries.
- Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes, and apply resources to resolve problems.
- Escalate technical product-related issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Document and track inbound support requests, ensuring proper notation of problems or issues.
- Update and maintain accurate customer contact information.
- Meet job standards, such as adherence to schedule, quality, and average handle time.
- Provide mentorship to less experienced Customer Service Associates when needed.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Customer Support Associate
- Minimum educational qualification: 10+2 / Degree / 3-year Diploma.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
