Key Responsibilities as Customer Success Operations
- Lead onboarding for new clients by assisting in documentation, compliance (KYB & KYC) approval process, and account set-up
- Collaborate with multiple departments such as Product and Sales to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Prepare and distribute invoices as well as monitor and track billing cycles to ensure timely billing
- Update the client records and ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Should be able to generate basic reports and analyse patterns and trends with the client data
- Proactively improve processes to provide faster delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to work on multiple issues and tasks in a fast-paced environment and should prioritize work according to business processes
Skills & Qualifications: Customer Success Operations
- 0-1 years of customer success/data entry experience, freshers are also welcome
- Proficiency in HubSpot, ZohoDesk and Microsoft Excel is a plus!
- Love for reporting, numbers, and speaking to people
- Demonstrate a desire to proactively help and serve internal/external stakeholders to meet their needs
- Should possess high adaptability and be able to work under pressure
- Open to working hours in two different time zones (Singapore and India)
