Title: Customer Success and Operations Associate (Full time)
Location: Remote/Hybrid (Bangalore preferred)

Since our inception in December 2021, we have served over 40,000 patients and facilitated more than 100,000 tele-consults across India. Backed by global investors, we are on a mission to cancel stigma in healthcare and provide a safe space for all.

Responsibilities as Customer Success and Operations Associate

• Manage and enhance the experience of Rocket Health users via WhatsApp, phone, email, and other messaging platforms.
• Actively engage with customers through chat, resolving queries in real-time.
• Call leads and existing users to gather feedback and ensure a hands-on, personalized experience.
• Approach users with an empathetic, judgment-free mindset aligned with our vision of creating a safe healthcare space.
• Document emerging issues, escalating them to internal teams and stakeholders as needed.
• Analyze user behavior and patterns, providing actionable insights to improve customer experience.
• Utilize relevant technologies for reporting and analytics across customer-facing channels.
• Deliver a consistent, top-tier customer experience across all stages, channels, and touchpoints.

Skills and Qualifications: Customer Success and Operations Associate

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (other languages are a plus).
• Comfortable communicating with customers through multiple channels, including phone, WhatsApp, and email. Knowledge of emojis is a plus.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and demonstrate patience.
• Knowledge of mental or sexual healthcare or healthcare in general is an added advantage, though we provide comprehensive training.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required—we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds.
