Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives for a blended process (Voice/Chat/Email). This is a permanent work-from-home position, available only for candidates residing in non-metro cities across India.
Key Responsibilities as Customer Service Executive
- Handle customer inquiries through voice, chat, and email channels.
- Provide exceptional customer support and ensure customer retention.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Work in a 24×7 rotational or split shift environment, with one rotational weekly off.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Education: Open to undergraduate, graduate, freshers, and experienced candidates.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Location: Only candidates from non-metro cities are eligible.
- Age Limit: Maximum age of 40 years.
- Shift: 24×7 rotational shifts; 6 days working with 1 day rotational off.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Maximum CTC of 2.53 LPA.
- Permanent Work from Home.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
