Customer Service Executive | Fresher and Experienced Can Apply - Work from Home

Job Description:

We are seeking Customer Service Executives for a Full-Time position working from home. As a Customer Service Executive, you will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your role will focus on maintaining high customer loyalty, upselling products when possible, and driving customer retention. This position requires adaptability, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities as Customer Service Executive

  • Manage inbound/outbound calls and address customer queries promptly and effectively.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, aiming to build loyalty and retention.
  • Follow communication scripts and seize opportunities to upsell products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers by going the extra mile.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives.
  • Meet personal/team targets while handling customer service operations.
  • Become a product expert on Meat and Licious processes.
  • Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and complaints.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department and ensure resolution.
  • Advocate for customers through the Voice of the Customer program to improve service.
  • Provide amazing and personalized customer support, even when problems arise.

Desired Profile: Customer Service Executive

  • Graduation or HSC qualified.
  • Fluent in Hindi and English with a clear, pleasant speaking voice.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and manage time effectively.
  • Customer-obsessed and adaptable to different personality types.

Technical Requirements: Customer Service Executive

  • Laptop with minimum 4GB RAM, i3 or higher processor, 128GB storage, and Windows 10 (64-bit).
  • Stable broadband or mobile internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps speed.
  • Mini UPS for WiFi routers.
