Job Responsibilities as Customer Associate Education Verification

As an Associate in the Education Verification team, you will:

  1. Support the Education Verification Process: Ensure timely closure of cases with zero errors.
  2. Blended Process Execution: Conduct verifications via calls and emails.
  3. Verify Education Records PAN India: Contact educational institutions nationwide to confirm credentials.
  4. Maintain Turnaround Time (TAT): Ensure adherence to deadlines for verification tasks.
  5. Escalate Issues: Promptly raise concerns requiring supervisor intervention.
  6. Handle Communication: Liaise effectively with institutions and stakeholders for smooth verification.
  7. Adhere to Quality Standards: Consistently meet accuracy and productivity benchmarks.
  8. Data Management: Organize and maintain records in a structured manner, ensuring accessibility.
  9. Feedback Implementation: Actively incorporate feedback to improve productivity and quality.
  10. Report Generation: Provide regular updates on the status of verification cases.
