Job Responsibilities as Customer Associate Education Verification
As an Associate in the Education Verification team, you will:
- Support the Education Verification Process: Ensure timely closure of cases with zero errors.
- Blended Process Execution: Conduct verifications via calls and emails.
- Verify Education Records PAN India: Contact educational institutions nationwide to confirm credentials.
- Maintain Turnaround Time (TAT): Ensure adherence to deadlines for verification tasks.
- Escalate Issues: Promptly raise concerns requiring supervisor intervention.
- Handle Communication: Liaise effectively with institutions and stakeholders for smooth verification.
- Adhere to Quality Standards: Consistently meet accuracy and productivity benchmarks.
- Data Management: Organize and maintain records in a structured manner, ensuring accessibility.
- Feedback Implementation: Actively incorporate feedback to improve productivity and quality.
- Report Generation: Provide regular updates on the status of verification cases.
