Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Process Executive – HC to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with 0 to 2 years of experience in the healthcare domain, specifically in Provider and Payer processes. The position is fully remote and requires candidates to work night shifts.

The ideal candidate must have strong technical skills in MS Excel, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking). The role involves handling data entry, analysis, and administrative support for healthcare operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities: Process Executive – HC

  • Perform data entry and analysis using MS Excel to support healthcare processes.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency in handling provider and payer-related tasks.
  • Process and validate healthcare claims, authorizations, and provider/payer data.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflow and improve process efficiency.
  • Manage and resolve provider and payer inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Identify process gaps and propose enhancements for efficiency improvements.

Mandatory Requirements: Process Executive – HC

  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting).
  • Domain experience in Provider and Payer processes.
  • Strong communication skills (English – Reading, Writing, Speaking).
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work in night shifts (as required for remote healthcare operations).
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
