About the Role: Operations Analyst
As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for managing provider credentialing, licensing, and payor enrollment applications. You will work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure smooth operations and timely processing of critical documentation. This role requires attention to detail, research skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a fully remote position with opportunities for career growth and skill development.
Key Responsibilities: Operations Analyst
- Conduct thorough research, interpretation, and evaluation of provider licensure and continuing medical education requirements in the United States.
- Accurately complete applications for provider credentialing, licensure, or payor enrollment on behalf of Certify customers.
- Validate and authenticate provider information on the credentialing and licensing platform, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Communicate with providers and clients via email to gather any necessary additional information.
- Monitor new client implementation projects and support onboarding activities as needed.
- Document research findings in clear, concise guideline documents for Certify customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Support ad hoc projects and other operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements: Operations Analyst
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to conduct large-scale research, primarily using Google and other online sources.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications (Excel, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Prior experience in healthcare operations, credentialing, or licensing is a plus but not required.
