Job Description: Career Advisor
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven individuals to join our team as Career Advisors. This is a work-from-home role that offers flexible working hours. As a Career Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding potential students in selecting the right career-enhancing courses offered by Aasma Careers. Roles & Responsibilities: Career Advisor
- Take ownership of guiding potential students over calls and assisting them in choosing the right courses based on their career aspirations.
- Resolve queries related to the company’s courses, curriculum, and benefits.
- Make outbound calls and follow up regularly on assigned leads.
- Convince students to enroll in Aasma Careers’ programs by explaining course features in detail.
- Provide accurate information and a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up systematically to ensure enrollments.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Career Advisor
