🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
As a Graduate HR Generalist, you will play a key role in managing daily HR operations, supporting Canonical’s team members, and contributing to strategic people initiatives. You will provide both administrative and functional support across the APAC region.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Responding to HR-related queries from employees regarding contracts, onboarding, benefits, and company policies
- Processing new hires and maintaining accurate HR records in our global HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
- Supporting payroll by ensuring monthly data is submitted accurately and on time
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding experiences
- Assisting in the delivery of global HR projects such as engagement surveys, learning programs, and cultural initiatives
- Conducting audits to ensure HR files and systems are up-to-date and GDPR-compliant
- Creating purchase orders and supporting administrative tasks related to benefits enrollment
- Collaborating with managers and executives across departments to implement HR strategies
