Role & Responsibilities as Candidate Care Associate

  • Handle escalations/complaints professionally with empathy and compassion.
  • Route inbound calls following the appropriate call routing matrix.
  • Liaise between the caller and the appropriate stakeholder.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication with a clear rate of speech and enunciation.
  • Display good email & telephone etiquette.
  • Respond to email inquiries and voice messages.
  • Possess strong soft skills: empathy, patience, and teamwork.
  • Maintain trackers and other MIS reports.
  • Handle 50 to 60 inbound calls per day.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Possess detail-oriented, prioritization, and stress-handling capabilities.
  • Work under deadlines.
  • 5 days working with night shifts.

  • Strong communication skills (both spoken and written).
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Quick learner, able to stay updated with new technologies.

  • Advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to grasp complex tools or technologies quickly.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Willing to work night shifts.
