Role & Responsibilities as Candidate Care Associate
- Handle escalations/complaints professionally with empathy and compassion.
- Route inbound calls following the appropriate call routing matrix.
- Liaise between the caller and the appropriate stakeholder.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication with a clear rate of speech and enunciation.
- Display good email & telephone etiquette.
- Respond to email inquiries and voice messages.
- Possess strong soft skills: empathy, patience, and teamwork.
- Maintain trackers and other MIS reports.
- Handle 50 to 60 inbound calls per day.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Possess detail-oriented, prioritization, and stress-handling capabilities.
- Work under deadlines.
- 5 days working with night shifts.
