As a Business Development Representative, you will be the face of BrowserStack to prospects and customers, helping expand our reach into accounts. You will be responsible for developing business relationships with new and existing customers, working closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.


Responsibilities as Business Development Representative

1. Customer Engagement

  • Establish and drive engagement via multiple communication channels such as Zoom calls, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients, understand their needs, and position BrowserStack’s solutions effectively.
  • Manage inbound and outbound leads to generate new sales opportunities.

2. Customer Advocacy

  • Identify and qualify prospects based on BrowserStack’s ideal customer profile.
  • Build awareness of BrowserStack’s products and value proposition.
  • Educate potential clients about BrowserStack’s solutions to drive conversions.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align business objectives.
  • Contribute to the refinement of sales strategies based on customer feedback.

4. Process Orientation

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow best practices for sales engagement and lead nurturing.
  • Adhere to targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Skills & Qualifications: Business Development Representative

Experience

  • 1-4 years of experience in Sales or Business Development in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
