We provide innovative Do-It-Together (DIT) courses and have trained over 35,000 students across 200+ cities to become Makeup Artists, freelancers, studio owners, or influencers. Airblack is backed by top-tier investors and has been recognized by Skill India as a government-certified beauty skilling partner.
We are seeking a Business Development Associate to drive revenue and student enrollments for our beauty courses.
Key Responsibilities as Business Development Associate
- Counsel interested students on Airblack’s makeup & beauty courses.
- Drive revenue and course enrollments through video counseling, tele-calling, and participation in admission events.
- Engage in effective communication to guide students through their enrollment journey.
What Makes You a Suitable Candidate?
- 0-2 years of experience in B2C sales in industries such as EdTech, Banking, or Insurance.
- Fluent in Hindi and English.
- Growth mindset to help build India’s largest skilling academy.
