About the Role:

As a Business Development Executive at NxtWave, you’ll guide and counsel potential learners on their career decisions. You will play a key role in helping students understand how CCBP 4.0 Programs can accelerate their career, while handling the entire sales lifecycle from lead engagement to post-sales relationship management.

Key Responsibilities as Business Development Associate

  • Act as a mentor, guide, and source of career advice for prospective students.
  • Counsel learning prospects on how CCBP 4.0 Programs can accelerate their career growth.
  • Highlight the uniqueness and effectiveness of CCBP 4.0 Programs.
  • Manage the entire sales closing process for assigned leads, including calls, product demos, sales closure, and post-sales relationship management.
  • Maintain a detailed database of all interactions and feedback.
  • Carry out weekly revenue and enrollment targets.

What We Are Looking For: Business Development Associate

  • Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency in Hindi, and fluency in English is an added advantage.
  • Empathy: Strong sense of understanding and patience to address potential learners’ queries.
  • Sales Skills: Experience in telesales, telecalling, or cold calling, particularly in EdTech or education counseling.
  • Sales Mindset: Systematic approach to sales funnel management, tracking leads, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Passion for delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Additional Advantage: Experience in EdTech sales or educational counseling.
