Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Business Development Associates BDAs to join our dynamic team in the Neovarsity vertical. As a BDA, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building strong relationships with prospects, and contributing to the success of our innovative education programs. Key Responsibilities as Business Development Associate BDA

  1. Lead Conversion:
    • Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and online meetings.
    • Intensely follow up with prospects and close sales within the defined sales cycle.
  2. Performance Monitoring:
    • Monitor individual sales performance and contribute to team performance targets.
    • Maintain a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  3. Upselling and Cross-Selling:
    • Recognize opportunities to upsell based on customers’ needs, preferences, and purchase history.
    • Establish trust and credibility with customers to make them more receptive to additional offerings.
  4. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build positive rapport with customers to enhance trust and satisfaction.
    • Address customer queries professionally and promptly.
