- Language Skills: Native speaker of Multiple languages with good proficiency in English.

- Sales Mindset: Ability to build rapport with prospects, provide career guidance, and effectively communicate NxtWave’s offerings to achieve revenue targets.
- Systematic Approach: Strong organizational skills with the ability to build sales funnels, track feedback, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Customer Service: Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service at all times.
- Experience: Sales experience in the EdTech domain is an additional advantage.
Key Responsibilities as Business Development Associate
- Mentorship & Guidance: Act as a mentor and career advisor to potential learners, providing guidance on how CCBP 4.0 Programs can accelerate their careers.
- Counseling: Offer career advice, establish the effectiveness and uniqueness of CCBP 4.0 Programs, and counsel learning prospects.
- Sales Closing: Manage the entire sales closing life cycle for your assigned leads, including phone/video calls, product demonstrations, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
- Database Management: Maintain a detailed database of all interactions with leads and provide constant feedback on lead quality to the respective team.
- Revenue & Enrollment: Carry weekly revenue and enrollment targets.
Compensation:
- Earn up to ₹6 LPA, including performance-based incentives.
Work Location & Working Days:
- Work From Home: Currently remote, with flexibility to come to the office whenever required.
- Work Week: 6-day workweek.
