Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of BPO experience (Chat/Emails preferred).
- Education: Undergraduate & Graduates can apply. Freshers are welcome, provided they have excellent communication skills.
- Technical Requirements:
- Must have a laptop.
- A good broadband connection is required.
- Availability:
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Shift & Work Details:
- Working Days: 6 days per week.
- Week Off: 1 rotational off.
- Shifts: Rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice, email, and chat.
- Blended Process: Involves both voice and non-voice (chat/email) support.
Salary:
- Up to ₹3.8 LPA depending on experience and documentation.
