Teleperformance (TP) is looking for dynamic professionals to join our team for a Banking Voice Process. This work-from-home opportunity is designed for candidates with excellent command over English and the ability to handle voice-based customer interactions effectively. Training will be conducted at the office before transitioning to remote work.


Key Responsibilities as Banking Voice Process

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide resolutions via voice channels.

  • Ability to handle 24×7 rotational shifts, including two rotational week-offs.
  • Comfortable with voice processes and international calling.

Infrastructure Requirements:

Salary Details

  • CTC: ₹31,000 – ₹36,000 per month.
  • In-hand Salary: ₹27,000 – ₹31,000 per month.
