Job Summary
The Transaction Risk Investigator role is a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC) designed for individuals who can manage fraud investigations with precision and responsibility. Working as part of the SEPO team, you will help ensure a safe environment for all users of Amazon’s platform, including buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders.
This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home, provided you reside in one of the approved states in India (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, and others).
Key Responsibilities as Transaction Risk Investigator
- Fraud Detection and Investigation
- Research and analyze seller and buyer transactions to detect potential risks.
- Investigate flagged accounts and determine if any suspicious activities are occurring.
