Key Responsibilities as Alumni Connect Team – Sales Operations Associate

  1. Scheduling Alumni Sessions:
    • Coordinate and schedule alumni sessions that align with candidate profiles to enhance ACS conversion rates.
    • Ensure sessions are timely and relevant, catering to the unique needs of candidates.
  2. Session Audits and Feedback:
    • Conduct regular audits of alumni sessions to maintain quality standards.
    • Provide actionable feedback to alumni to improve the effectiveness of the sessions.
  3. Data Analysis:
    • Analyze session data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and drive higher conversion rates.
    • Generate detailed reports and insights for continuous improvement.
  4. Alumni Onboarding:
    • Facilitate the onboarding of new alumni, including training on tools, processes, and expectations.
    • Ensure seamless integration of alumni into the program.
