Main Duties for AI Response Evaluator
- Follow project-specific guidelines to assess and compare two replies given by a retail assistant in response to customer queries.
- Evaluate responses based on safety, relevance, usefulness, and alignment with the assistant’s tone and style.
- Choose the best response or decide if both are unsatisfactory.
Project Details: AI Response Evaluator
- Duration: Ongoing
- Schedule: 1-4 hours/day, 3 days a week (no weekends)
- Employment Type: Freelance/Independent Contract
- Location: Remote
- Language: Multiple languages

Requirements: AI Response Evaluator
- Fully proficient in multiple languages
- Dedicate at least 6 hours per week
- Linguistic competency equivalent to ILR Level 5 or CEF C2
- Advanced English competency to follow instructions and communicate with the team
- Web-savvy and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred: Experience in e-commerce
- Attention to detail and research skills
- Reliable computer and internet connection
- Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement and pass a quality test before starting
