Job Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing & Compliance: Handle end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Taxation & Statutory Deductions: Manage payroll taxation, Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and other statutory deductions.
  • Gratuity & Leave Encashment: Assist with employee gratuity and leave encashment processing.
  • Payroll Queries & Support: Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and provide necessary support.
  • Latest Tax Updates: Stay updated with the latest tax regulations and payroll laws to ensure compliance.
  • System Management: Utilize payroll software and HRMS tools for efficient payroll operations.
  • Data Accuracy & Reporting: Maintain accurate payroll records and generate reports for management.
  • Induction & Onboarding: Support new hires with payroll-related induction and documentation.
  • Collaboration with HR & Finance Teams: Work closely with HR and finance teams to align payroll with organizational policies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps in payroll processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.
  • Audit & Compliance: Ensure payroll audits are conducted periodically to maintain compliance.
  • Employee Benefits Administration: Manage and oversee payroll-related employee benefits, ensuring smooth processing.
