Job Summary
TalentGum is looking for an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Associate (BDA) to join its high-performance sales team. This role is an individual contributor position, focused on expanding the company’s customer base by reaching out to potential students and parents. The primary responsibility of the BDA is to drive customer acquisition, nurture leads, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities for Business Development Associate
1. New Customer Acquisition:
- Generate new leads through various marketing channels.
- Contact and follow up with potential customers (parents and students) via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations, explaining TalentGum’s course offerings and benefits.
- Convert leads into paid customers by effectively counseling parents and students.
- Ensure seamless customer onboarding by coordinating with internal teams.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales plans to meet targets.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling among existing customers.
- Leverage referrals and word-of-mouth marketing to increase enrollments.
- Track and analyze sales performance data to optimize the sales funnel.
- Handle objections and queries to successfully close deals.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

- Address customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
4. Operations & Reporting:
