Job Objective

The primary objective of this role is to sell customized services to job seekers, such as resume writing and profile highlighting, and help them expedite their job search.


Key Responsibilities for Inside Sales Executive

  1. Connect and engage with pre-generated leads via outbound calls (80-100 calls daily).
  2. Explain the benefits of Naukri FastForward services to new customers.
  3. Initiate repeat sales through follow-up calls with existing customers.
  4. Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to recommend solutions based on customer needs.
  5. Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly call volume and sales targets.
  6. Achieve sales targets through new customer acquisition and growth/revenue from existing customers.
  7. Adhere to quality standards and processes within defined metrics.
