The Recruiting and Staffing Associate will play a critical role in the daily operations of the Managed Review department. The primary objective of this role is to ensure smooth project launches, address administrative issues during live projects, and assist with the hand-offs between Managed Review and Human Resources.

This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity, with compensation aligned with the local competitive market in India.

Responsibilities for Recruiting and Staffing Associate

  • Support the Recruiting and Staffing team to ensure smooth project launches, fostering a positive experience for clients and employees.
  • Execute established processes to ensure new hires complete onboarding efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting and Staffing Specialists to ensure timely job board postings for all locations.
  • Verify that all project new hires complete onboarding paperwork before their start date, including during evening or weekend hours if needed.
  • Develop a pipeline of recent graduates by liaising with universities and college career advisors for non-attorney and entry-level attorney pools.
  • Assist recruiters with availability checks for veteran candidates for upcoming projects.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to document reviewers’ employment needs before, during, and after projects.
  • Ensure all documentation required by the Human Resources team is accurately executed and submitted within deadlines.
