The Customer Success team handles all client projects, with individual project values reaching hundreds of thousands of dollars. Building and nurturing client relationships is critical to success. The role operates at the intersection of sales, product, engineering, data science, and data operations, delivering complex AI projects for clients. This position provides extensive exposure to business contexts, technology, internal processes across various verticals, and client relationship management.

Roles and Responsibilities as Project Coordinator
- Client Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of clients onto the ParallelDots platform.
- Change Management:
- Execute all change management requests from clients promptly and accurately.
- Project Delivery:
- Deliver client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist Customer Success Managers (CSMs) in delivering ROI to clients.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Support CSMs in streamlining project operations.
- Ensure high-quality processing and reporting of client data.
- Data Reliability:
- Maintain the reliability and integrity of data reported to clients.
Skills and Qualifications: Project Coordinator
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in intermediate Excel; exposure to advanced Excel preferred.
- Experience working with large datasets is a plus.
- Work Experience:
- Prior experience in startups or challenging profiles preferred.
