Key Responsibilities as Class Teacher

Provide prompt and efficient solutions to students’ doubts post-class, ensuring 100% doubt closures within a TAT of 15 minutes.
Achieve daily targets while maintaining all key performance parameters.
Specialize in at least one subject (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Mathematics) at JEE/NEET level.
Analyze and address “No feedback” cases daily by engaging with students for resolution.
Manage time effectively to handle doubt resolution and team projects simultaneously.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a motivated and energetic working atmosphere.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and skill enhancement training provided by Vedantu.

Requirements for Class Teacher

Educational Qualification: Any graduate or postgraduate with excellent subject knowledge in JEE/NEET curriculum.
Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 2+ years of experience in doubt resolution for JEE/NEET Mains and Advanced.
Skills:
