Role Overview

Key Responsibilities as Product Operations Associate
- Inbound Call Handling:
- Assist recruiters and job seekers with their queries.
- Provide accurate information and resolve concerns efficiently.
- Outbound Calls:
- Reach out to recruiters to gather feedback and foster relationships.

- Problem Resolution:
- Identify and address customer issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Product Operations Associate
