Job Description: Customer Support Executive

Role Overview:

Maxicus is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. The role involves providing superior customer service on inbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Candidates will be expected to deliver exceptional results by handling customer queries efficiently and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities as Customer Support Executive

  • Handle inbound customer calls and provide real-time assistance.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Identify and resolve customer queries effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Deliver excellent results as measured by customer satisfaction, efficiency, and quality of service.
  • Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as part of a 24/7 customer support team.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department for a quick resolution.
  • Meet personal and team performance goals.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Educational qualification: 12th pass or graduates can apply.
  • Comfortable with a “Work from Home” setup.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic communication skills are a must.
  • Experience in customer service or a related role is a plus.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
