Job Objective:

The role aims to sell paid services to already registered users via chat or inbound processes, focusing on converting free users into paid subscribers.


Key Responsibilities as Inside Sales

  • Work with system-qualified and high-income leads of registered users to convert them from free to paid membership.
  • Communicate through various channels, such as phone, chat, or video calls, to sell membership plans.
  • Achieve sales targets by counseling registered users on the benefits of paid plans and selling high-value membership packs.
  • Ensure communication quality standards are maintained.
  • Maximize profitability by ensuring higher conversion of leads through calls and chat.

Required Skills for Inside Sales

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Active listening and strong convincing skills.
  • Proficient in client handling and chat-based sales.
  • Comfortable with rotating off-days.

Work Arrangement:

  • Initial Training: 3 months in Work from Office (WFO) mode.
  • After training, performance-based Work from Home (WFH) or continue in WFO.
