Key Responsibilities for BPO Non Voice Executive

  • Software Utilization: Utilize MS Office Suite and CRM software to manage and document customer interactions.
  • Issue Resolution: Conduct basic troubleshooting and manage ticketing systems to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain and update knowledge base tools to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications
